To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition (unopened, unused, and undamaged) with all original packaging and documentation intact.

We will provide you with return shipping instructions. Returns and exchanges are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Exchanges: We are happy to exchange your item for a different size or model, subject to availability. If the exchange item is of higher value, we will send an invoice for the difference. If the exchange item is of lower value, we will refund the difference to the original payment method.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
